Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)
Fully Autonomous AGV

In conjunction with our partners at EK Robotics we can design, supply, commission and support a range of driverless/autonomous warehouse solutions that covers pallet transfer, pallet placement, pallet retrieval, storage house keeping, automatic opportunity charging and balance charging.
Magaziner AGV units operate in-aisle via wire or rail guidance. While outside aisles or transferring from aisle to aisle they operate via a laser based reflector system.
Integration with your existing Warehouse Management System (WMS) is key for successful AGV project operation and implementation. Your existing WMS acts as the master with the warehouse based AGV system receiving instructions via a Local Area Network Wifi connection to enable it to operate on a task by task basis.

A Magaziner AGV truck is initially the same as its' manual cousin, post AGV conversion it has a number of additional cameras, sensors, laser safety scanners, onboard processors and controllers that enable it to operate safely in an autonomous fashion.
Initial scoping projects of this nature is key to delivering a solution that is optimal for your operation. The timescale from initial engagement to commissioning of an AGV system is expected to be in the region of 18 months.
