Powered by LiFePO4 lithium technology, the XC Series is built for operators who want the strength of a conventional counterbalance truck without the fuel, fumes or battery-room routines. Rapid charging and opportunity charging keep trucks available through the shift, and the battery is maintenance-free with a long service life.

Hangcha supports the battery with a 6-year or 12,000-hour warranty. Battery packs include a low-temperature electric heating system as standard, and the battery rolls out from the side of the truck. Quick-change packs, a dedicated charger and a quick charge in under two hours are available.

The operating space is more than 50% larger than that of a traditional electric truck, the seat adjusts back and forth by 210 mm, and the steering wheel is adjustable. The overhead dashboard, with a 4.33-inch true colour screen, is easy to read with a glance up, and a redesigned mast increases the wide view by 15
Under the hood, a high-frequency MOSFET controller delivers smooth, accurate driving and lifting, with regenerative braking, reverse braking and anti-slide on ramps. The AC traction and pump motors are high-power units with built-in speed and temperature sensors.

The trucks are made to last. A fully sealed hood protects the controllers, motors and electrical components from dust and water, the truck carries an IPX4 water resistance rating for outdoor work, and the charging port is rated IP67.

The hood opens wide for easy servicing. Hangcha’s FIMS fleet management system adds access control, GPS tracking, remote monitoring, maintenance reminders, vehicle management and vibration monitoring, with pre-shift checks, shift management and an open API as options, all accessible from a web platform or mobile app.

Safety is built in. A soft landing system is standard on wide-view duplex masts, and an optional lift buffering system protects loads and floors. An optional OPS system disables lowering when the driver leaves the seat, and the handbrake can be fitted with an alarm buzzer. Three horn buttons can be specified, and a PIN code system.

The range can be tailored with super elastic or marked solid tyres, mirrors, a backup camera, blue lights and rear work lights, a hood with a key lock, wider or taller load backrests, wider fork carriages, other fork lengths, a sideshifter and further attachments. Duplex wide-view masts are standard, with full-free duplex and triplex masts also available. A cold storage version of the 2.5 tonne truck (F2) is suitable for environments down to -30 °C.
